yaaas! according to the 2018 farm bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, terps etc.) are completely legal in the united states as long as they do not contain more than 0.3% thc (delta9 thc to be specific). because our delta8 is derived from hemp and contains non detectable levels of delta9 thc,
it's totes legal.
